5. Prior to riding, perform safety checks as outlined in the user manual.
6. Ride the hoverboard in a safe environment, free of obstacles and people.
7. Familiarize yourself with local state laws and comply with their requirements.
8. Wear safety gear, including a helmet, shoes, and protective pads (knee and elbow).
9. Understand that riding Aladdins Hoverboards carries inherent risks, and Aladdins Hoverboards is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss.
10. Supervise children under 12 years old while using the hoverboard.
11. Ride the hoverboard with at least one other person present.
12. Disconnect the batteries when the hoverboard is not in use to prevent damage.
13. Contact Aladdins Hoverboards for battery replacements to ensure compatibility.
14. Avoid riding the hoverboard in rainy conditions.
15. Operate the hoverboard within the temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
16. Do not exceed the hoverboard's weight limit.
17. When the battery level is low, limit the speed to 5km/h for a safe stop.
18. Use fully charged batteries (8x) at all times.
19. Avoid blocking vents with loose clothing and always wear appropriate footwear.
20. For assistance or issues, contact customer support and refrain from making discriminatory comments about third parties.
21. Only use the charger and batteries provided by Aladdins Hoverboards, and seek repairs from their authorized service.
22. Familiarize yourself with all information on the webpage and manuals, as they form part of the product agreement.
23. Understand that you use Aladdins Hoverboards and its accessories at your own risk, waiving any legal rights against Aladdins Hoverboards.
24. Any risks, responsibilities, injuries, deaths, or damages arising from the use of Aladdins Hoverboards are solely the purchaser's responsibility.
25. Performing any actions not outlined in this agreement will void the warranty.
26. Due to high demand, product delivery may have a lead time of several weeks, but every effort will be made to expedite the process.
