ALADDINS WARRANTY:

The Warranty applies to all of Aladdins Hoverboards products, we will need your invoice & details. Warranty starts from the date of purchase.

The Warranty applies to the intended use of our products, from defects & workmanship for a 1 year period.

For any issues with our products you can contact our customer support line to organize to have the product sent back to us for repair, so you can be hovering again, as long as you are the original owner/purchaser.

Photos and video footage will be needed to help determine if your warranty claim is valid, if valid we will replace defective product or parts free of charge including all shipping.

If we receive a product under the warranty claim, and it is deemed not valid after inspection, all shipping & repairs are to be paid for by the purchaser/owner.

Damage caused by misconduct, neglect, improper use in the wrong environment & weather conditions, alterations/modifications will not be covered by the warranty.
