DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Australia Standard shipping with tracking numbers: $ 0.00 flat rate Australia only

International standard shipping with tracking numbers: price based on country location

Product is shipped with 2 different couriers. The first courier delivers the batteries as they are classed as 'dangerous goods'. The second courier delivers the Hoverboard.

It will require a signature upon delivery.

 

Aladdins Hoverboards has no control on product delivery lead times as its the couriers responsibility to deliver packages as promptly as possible.

Once packages are in transit it is out of Aladdins Hoverboards control, in the event of any issues contact our customer support team.

You will be notified and given tracking numbers when your products have been shipped. 

ORDER PROCESSING 

Once an order has been placed there will be no refunds or returns accepted.

when you have placed your order, you will be contacted with an estimated time- frame for your chosen product, and will be sent a tracking number disclosing delivery times & additional information.
